A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates the search service. Payne County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
Email and contact-form messages are retained as needed to read and answer the request. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Routine Technical Logs
Like most websites, the server and related services can record basic technical details when a page loads. Those details may include:
- The internet protocol address used for the visit
